i haven’t touched down in bim for a while, are we optimistic about the new chief of police?

hi guys, being a caribbean abroad (in EU), i’ve been thinking a lot about how technology can improve the quality of life in the caribbean (crime, health, administration). and im wondering, what is needed for higher technology in the caribbean, and why has it not happened at the scale of other regions (like africa, south east asia), especially given the calibre of our educational institutions.

how open do you guys feel caribbean islands are to these transformative technologies ?
