I want to preface by saying that I am playing mono composed so other teams would probably struggle even harder in front of such an explosive offensive power.

I noticed a rise in mad team in pvp, it feels even higher than vivacious when Ui got her yearning so I wouldn't be surprised if in the following weeks mad overtake depressed in userbase.

I did multiple matches against two specific teams, a depressed team and a mad team both of somewhat similar strenght (both full yearnings for apostles that had them). The depressed one having much higher ATK investment actually so it make the results much more mind boggling.

I would deal with the depressed team without too much struggle with some variations but it would usually end in a win. Then against the madness team I would get absolutely destroyed within seconds the only thing preventing me to get annihilated any faster being ED's invincibility at the start.

No matter the team or formation I use it would end up the same :

Ner give invincibilty in front + DMG bonus -> Chloe destroy front row -> Renewa destroy middle row -> Chloe sweep.

So I checked where's that damage is coming from and that's what they're rocking :

- 19,5% outgoing for front row (Chloe)

- 22% outgoing for all allies (Renewa)

- 10,5% outgoing for all allies + 42% (lvl.12) damage for all allies (Ner)

- 13,6% outgoing for middle row (Diana)

- 84 % incoming damage to opposing front row apostles (Belita)

I'm not even going to bother with the extra disrespect toward innocent apostles but basically when facing this your front line would melt within seconds and when the tanks are gone it's basically GG. It's come to a point where the triad of element doesn't even matter because madness win against composed now by sheer damage output and intermitent front row invincibility which happen to activate just when composed apostles start bursting down conveniently but they also win "harder" against innocent because Renewa's passive said "screw you Vivi".

Granted it does require Yearning for multiple apostles which might be difficult to access to some players especially if they committed to other teams.

What are your thoughts about it or even other teams you might struggle against ?
