Had an extra slab of ribs and tried using chili oil and sriracha on it; garlic, onion, pepper and celery salt; topped with furikake. Didn’t sauce it, for science. Didn’t have as much flavor as I thought it would. Would potentially go well with Bachan’s. Anyone else ever use chili oil with ribs? Or any other smokes? I didn’t think to take pictures until it was all cut up and served so I can only show the left overs. Included the two types of 3y.o. Eating ribs for the first time. 1) clean the bone savage 2) barbecue princess (I had to take the bone out and tear it up)
