How to close extra BPI Deposit Account?

Hi! Quick question lang regarding BPI Savings Account.

Originally, I had a branch-opened savings account, but I recently added a second deposit account directly through the BPI App. Realized I don't really use/need the second one anymore, so I want to get rid of it.

Is there a way to delete or close an in-app opened deposit account remotely, or do I really need to go to a physical branch to close it officially?

Also, if I just empty it out to ₱0 balance and leave it alone, will BPI eventually close it automatically without charging dormant/below-maintaining fees?

BPI Missing balance and blank transaction history???

Anybody naka experience neto? Nagpadala kasi Tita ko ng savings niya sa BPI account ko (ako muna nag keep kasi pa uwi siya) around 12 a.m today August 5. I received the amount na sinend niya and transfer some sa Maribank ko kasi yun na talaga gamit ko. After a while chineck ko ulit yung BPI balance, nawala na yung pinadala niya? Checked the transaction history, wala na rin? Normal po ba to huhu mej malaki rin po kasi pinadala niya
