Hi all. Looking at moving to Eastbourne and liking the Sovereign Harbour area. Is it a nice and safe place to live (with a teen)? Is the beach in the area good for swimming (in Summer 😊). I saw in one post mention about sewerage stench as the treatment centre is close by? Any input would be appreciated 🙏 Thank you
