I'm planning to take my girlfriend to an upscale dining restaurant or anything that gives "have to put on a black dress" vibe for her birthday. We're a long-distance couple. I'm from Canada, and I drive to Lockport at least once a month so I'm not too familiar with the area yet. Budget per person is $100, and we won't mind driving for 30 minutes to get to the restaurant. I would take her to the city but she has an important commitment the day after. Bonus points if there's an ice cream shop nearby-- but not that necessary. Any recommendations would be very much appreciated 😊

EDIT: We both don't drink alcohol, and I can splurge more than the initial budget ✌🏼
