Hi,I am an Indian student whose cousin is already studying in DTMU,so wanted to ask here.

1)What are the deadline for September and February intake for document submission.

Since I am applying to 2-3 countries excluding Georgia.So I wanted to ask the timeline of the admission process.

2)When I will get the admission letter and when I have to pay the fees and how long can I take to submit it.

3)Alao if I do not want to continue forward after submitting my fees(1st sem or full),can I get the refund of these fees?

I have all my documents ready for submission, all are appostilled.

Laptop:HP 15 -dw3xxx

Wifi card:The Realtek RTL8821CE(is the wifi card an issue heard of its performance issues?)

Mobile:Galaxy M30,Redmi note 12

Router distance from devices:5-6m,no thick walls nothing

I am facing an issue on my laptop,Very low download speeds relative to upload speeds.Used Ookla speed test for all mobiles and laptop.

Laptop(main device)	3.01 mbps	89.9 mbps
Samsung(tester)	87.45 mbps	99.30 mbps
Redmi(tester)	93.80 mbps	106 mbps

On phones speeds are stable not dropping or fluctuating every minute unlike laptop where once its 90(download) and 90(upload)mbps and next minute it drops to 3(download) and 87(upload)mbps.

I did everything that people or Google suggested even AI suggestions but the problem has no solution .Do people of this subreddit have any solutions and way it can be increased or solved.Also getting an Ethernet cable help(Cat6 10gbps)?

Flushed dns,did a network reset,updated on drivers checked on settings changed prefered band to 5g but no effect.
