hiya, i have been DIY hrt for almost 2 years (oral and anal injeation) i take 4mg estradiol valerate, 12.5mg cyproterone and 100mg progesterone daily.

it currently costs me too much than i can afford and im currently worse off financially than i have been simce starting and i want to switch to injections since ive been told its alot healthier and cost effective, i live in england and im asking for estradiol enathtate as that is what ive been told to get from a friend but if anyone can suggest any others thats fine too, im rather desperate right now as i only have half a months supply left.
