About a year ago, my mom gave me this phone and I transferred all of my old files from my old Samsung phone to my Oppo phone using "Clone phone" (or something) and this contact information got in to my lock screen and I've been looking at my settings for a long time and I haven't found an option to remove it. Can someone help me?

The phone is Oppo A3X 4G

i swapped the red ink to the black one on the uni ball one but i wanna make it cool by swapping that red piece on the white pen (i forgot what its called) to the black one. if anyone knows please dont hesitate to give me a detailed tutorial thank you!
