My grandmother was born an Italian citizen and she gave birth to my mom 6 years before she naturalized (Im aware of the minor issue, I'm just writing this under the assumption that the minor issue will be struck down.) My mother then gave birth to me in 2012. Since I'm 14 I won't turn 18 by the 2029 deadline. The only problem is I need my mom to get recognized midway through the deadline before I can apply. Does the fact that she applied after the Tajani decree disqualify me from gaining benefit of law citizenship from her?
