Hi all it’s me again, so the car was checked by polestar/Volvo and they said everything is normal and they cannot find any issue. When ever I go over high bumps I hear this sound. Is this normal?

Please help me with this one.

Hi all, I just got my car last week and I get this sound when going over speed bumps.

Is this normal? If not what’s the fix.
