Theres no way I could be pregnant if I’ve had two regular periods since I had unprotected sex right? For context, I had unprotected sex Feb 27. I got my period two weeks later on March 10 which lasted for about 6 days and that is normal for me. I visited a gynecologist March 26 for sti screening and uti concerns because the smell of my urine had changed and was worried my partner gave me something; idk how to describe the smell, it just smelt weird. They tested my urine at the doctors and said negative pregnancy test, no UTI, no STI. I get my period again on April 7 for 6 days. A week after my period ended though, I start breaking out on my face. I initially thought it was because I had to use bar soap as a face wash when I was traveling but I quickly realized it was hormonal bc I was also getting bacne. This isn’t abnormal for me because I do get a couple stubborn acne (usually my jawline area) right before my period but certainly not this soon after previous period and definitely not this far in advance before my upcoming period; also not to this severity because my face hasn’t been this bad in a long time. I’ve also been having really sore breasts for a week now, again a normal PMS symptom of mine but I never get it 2 weeks out—usually only 3 or 4 days before my period is expected to come. Plus my stomach has been feeling like a bottomless pit this past weekend-like I just kept eating and eating and still felt hungry. I’ve gained weight but I attributed it to increased alcohol consumption over the past 6 months (just an FYI I haven’t drank since my doctors appt, for weight loss purposes but what a coincidence that I’m now paranoid about pregnancy). So idk if my mind is playing a sick game on me and I’m just paranoid or if something crazy is going on. I should be expecting my next period around May 6 so I’m not sure if it’s too soon to take another pregnancy test or do I just wait to see if my period comes again? Do I request a blood test and/or ultrasound, are those more accurate?
