Sale agreed on house , everything moving really quickly as no chain and contracts have been received by my solicitor , bank have now came back to us advising we now need to give fresh 3 months statements from sale agreed date due to a missed payment for a phone bill , how likely am I to lose sale because of this delay , we are 2 weeks into sale agreed but now can’t close for atleast 10 weeks from now … any advise appreciated
