Anyone from Metro Manila or nearby who's willing to swap syringes? I'm looking to swap some unused, individually sealed Shungshim 31G × 8 mm insulin syringes for a different brand or needle length.

The reason is that I want to try different syringes to see which one works best with my skin. I've been getting mild injection site reactions, so I'm trying to find a brand or needle length that's a better fit.

I'm currently on my 5th jab and have been experiencing constipation. It's been 3 days since my last bowel movement. This morning, I drank a Nestea cleanse with chia seed, but I still haven't been able to pass stool.

I'd appreciate any advice or recommendations on how to safely manage this constipation while on tirz 🙏🥺
