I’m gonna try to keep it short but basically I have been going to my tattoo artist for a few years , and he’s a good family friend. He’s always done right by me and we always share laughs at my appointments. He’s had to cancel on me a hand full of times but always had the next day available when he calls to reschedule.
I was supposed to have an appointment March 31st that he called and cancelled and said he would let me know a day. It’s now been a month and I cannot seem to get any clear communication.
On April 14th he told me to come in the shop on a day and time the shop wasn’t even open. I figured he was just gonna finish me up before his day started due to having other clients, and he no showed me.
Ever since then this has been the communication. I like to think I’m very understanding but this just feel insane. I paid for my tattoo in full 6 months ago. That’s how I do all my tattoos. Am I wrong to ask for a partial refund? What should I say or do? I don’t want to be rude but I also want my tattoo finished or my money back😭 idk how this works. This has NEVER happened to me before
