How do you guys deal with van stink?

Every morning that I feel like I'm going to have a good day, I open the van door, and it gets ruined by this thick, caustic cloud of BO that's been fermenting overnight. I can feel the bacteria particles practically entering my nose one by one when I breathe. I sometimes ask to switch out, but it almost always ends up being another van with the same stink.

It's so bad that I can still smell traces of it throughout my route, even with the windows down and side door open all day, and it's just so dreadful.

Do you guys just wipe it down and hope for the best? I've tried this with sanitizing wipes, but it just mixes with the BO and seems temporary.
