Friend was sexually assaulted need advice

My wife’s cousin Amy, who lives with the couple George and Alexandra, was sexually assaulted last night. Amy and Alexandra had been heavily drinking. My wife and I helped put Amy to bed, locked her bedroom door from the outside (deadbolt that can only be locked externally), and left the keys with George before we went home after watching UFC.
Later, Amy said someone entered her room, touched her inappropriately, and tried to take off her pants. She was conscious enough to push the person away and cover herself with blankets. She eventually got up, left the room, went to the patio, and called her boyfriend. She then saw George leaving her room. Since only George had the keys and access to the locked room, and Amy couldn’t consent, we’re confident he assaulted her.
Amy is hesitant to tell Alexandra for several reasons: fear of not being believed, possible accusations that she enticed George, and concern that it could ruin Alexandra’s life (George is the only one who works). Her boyfriend has already accused her that this is somehow her fault. What is the best way to move forward in this situation ? Amy is already contemplating just not saying anything and ignoring the situation.
