Tried to fit 28c tires on an old Olmo bike. The rear one almost fits, but minimally scrapes (as the wheel oscillates slightly) the derailleur "holder" on the frame. Anything I can do? Or am I stuck with 25cs

Edit: thanks for the ideas! I think it's either going to be a top-swing derailleur or I'll switch back to 25cs.
