Just wondering if ultimately it came down to the price/discounts/APR? I haven’t had any Canadian honda dealer offer discounts beyond $1500 in BC. wondering if anyone else had a similar conflict of purchase decision and decided for the Maverick?

I am trying to get $4500 off msrp since its month end, for a good lease of 24m but none of the dealers are giving beyond $2500. It’s not really selling from what I see on their lots. So was wondering if anyone had good exp getting the truck below msrp in Canada? Am in BC.
