Hi everyone,

I recently applied for a Customer Service role with Emirates Group Careers. After completing the language assessment, I received an email asking me to upload additional documents.

However, when I click the upload link, it shows that the form is no longer available. I checked my Emirates Group Careers account, but I cannot see any task, notification, or document upload request. The application status still says “Application Under Review.”

Has anyone experienced this before? Will Emirates send a new link later, or will the upload request appear in the account after some time?

I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
