Histamine intolerance symptoms?

Hi peps just wanting to know if this sounds like a histamine intolerance problem (also to note I have Crohn's as well)

After I eat sometimes my heartbeat raises for a while especially when I lay down

I get unexpected weakness and hyperglycaemic episodes but when I check my blood sugar it's all fine this usually is with weakness shakiness and hunger after I have these episodes I usually have a headache and feel fatigued for the rest of the day

Intolerance to exercise

Profuse sweating all the time (I sometimes break out in random cold sweats)

(Weird symptom) When I use deodorant sometimes my lymph nodes swell and I come up in sore spots under my arms

Gerd with stomach rumbling all the time (IBS?)

Terrible panic attacks with sense of impending doom coming first

When I wake up it's feels like I'm being jolted with cortisol and feel wired during the day (the typical wired but tired feeling)

Insomnia terrible insomnia can't settle until around 3-4am even if I had a good night's sleep

I'm on a high dose of lexapro and it has helped the panic attacks I definitely still feel like I'm constantly wired during the day and hypervigilant? Like as if I'm always tense or can't settle down my anger is also way up as well and I'm also really impatient feeling it feels like when I was on prednisolone for my Crohn's

I'm also going through the process to rule out Cushing's and possibly Pheo (adrenal tumor) and also Mcas/Systemic Mastocytosis or maybe Pots

as a lot of my symptoms have been like this since 2017 since I have a bad course of Ciprofloxacin which completely messed me up I took the course for what was a bacterial infection in Dec 2016 2 weeks later completed the course but had bad stomach issues with diarrhea and foul smelling stool smelt like sulphur this went on for another 6 weeks then I was admitted to hospital early Feb 2017 for what was a diagnosis of Crohn's disease I also was on rantitidine with antibiotics I heard is one of the worst combos for sibo I also suffer with health anxiety so it's definitely fuelling the fire

Any responses are appreciated thank you peps!
