I found this image, its from an artist on instagram but I would absolutely love to replicate the aggradons paint scheme. - I have dm'd them asking but no luck yet

Does anyone have any ideas how it was done?

Im assuming a white base, skeleton hoard then maybe casandora yellow? then no idea on the orange.
