Build homogenization feels really prevalent this patch. People seem to just be buying the same items on every character and that's the best way to do things, especially locket and trophy collector right now.
It is not uncommon to have 12 lockets and trophy collectors in a match and I've seen it in many.
Really so many characters right now feel really bad to play and on the stats side are bad, compared to the giga high tiers. I really wish this patch did more to buff them. Instead good characters got better (outside of Infernus, who is still better than most of the cast) and some low tiers honestly got worse due to item changes and introductions.
(Also in retrospect Bebop doesn't belong here he needs a rework so gun isn't his best build but he doesn't have cancer bombs)
I'll be honest this was Rem propaganda that came to me in a fugue state at 3 am he has the least amount of arguments towards him being secretly good out of the bunch
