I own a Hyundai Ioniq 5 but i use the Tesla superchargers for most of my charging. Whenever I charge there is an initial deposit fee of 20$ which makes sense. However if the charging only cost me say 17$ they dont refund the extra 3$. Whats even more annoying is if the charging cost say 23$. I will get charged the inital deposit of 20$ and then another charge for 23$ making the total 43$ which I dont get refunded at all. When i ask the AI in the app for help it tells me to contact the support number. When I contact the support number it says its transferring me to a real person and then goes completely silent and I never get transferred. wth do i do??
