I'm trying to add a simple back leg to my drawing like in the reference but everytime i try it just ends up looking weird and unnatural, I think because in the image it's got furr infront of the leg so it actually looks like it's in the background or maybe I'm just messing up the positioning of it.. it doesn't help that the other legs are not visable so it looks even more strange.
Any advice would be appreciated!
I bought a lens last year that was not in the stated condition, ended up getting a refund but the seller never got back to me about returning it despite multiple attempts and methods of contact so i was told to keep it by support and do whatever i want with it.
Due to the lens being in such bad shape compared to what was listed i never tested it so I'm not even sure it works and it's currently in france at my partners house (I'm in UK) so unable to test.
I'm wondering if given it's bad state there is even any point trying to sell it on for cheap to someone who may have a use for it or just simply throw it out? As you can see it is pretty scratched up and has what i assume is quite severe fungus which i assume makes it useless and no one would want it?
Any advice would be appreciated as I'm fairly new to everything
Day 1 - No reference, no experience
Day 2 - Some tutorials and help from this subreddit 🫶
Day 3 - Some practice of getting simple gestures
Day 4 - Finally being able to draw poses from references of real cats with no tutorial (This was a huge step for me, as someone with aphantasia I find it really hard to break down the images and translate that on to paper)
Now I need to work on faces and other details for sure, things like paws and facial features have been super tough for me.
