What are the values that you could max, and which ones are the ones you use in your day-to-day gaming?

I could run it at +500Mhz but, here and there, I have flickering and artifacts.
At +525Mhz the game starts and in 1 or 2 minutes of gameplay, the game crashes.

So... To be safe, I run it at +450.

And is +3000MHz for the memory too much for the GDDR7 memory? Or is that a reasonable value?
