I started extended release methylphenidate 2 weeks ago. I went from 18 to 27 mg a week ago.

About 3 days ago my tongue developed loads of little ulcers all round the tip and sides and my tonsils are swollen and sore when I swallow. No ulcers on the tonsils though.

Has anyone else had this issue with meds? Or is it likely something else causing it? I'll ask at my next appointment but any advice? Does it ease off? It's so sore!

I've been sent it by email and need to fill it in before my second titration appointment. But the link they sent doesn't work, I can't open the form.

I've emailed them and received no reply.

I really don't want my medicine delayed.

Does anyone have the form by chance?

Has anyone else had an issue with the link?
