In Scarlet/Violet Skeledirge boasts 104 HP and 100 Defense. Meanwhile their signature move Torch Song boosts Skeledirge's Special Attack stat.

While their Special Defense Stat is 75 their weakest stat by far is Speed at a measly 66.

Meanwhile in Pokemon Unite. Torch Song is not a selectable move and their endurance is a measly 1 star while mobility is a 3 star. Their Unite Move: Rousing Symphony which is perhaps meant to be a powered up version of Torch Song Buff's your teammates stats but only allows you one powerful aimed attack.

In my Pokemon Scarlet my Skeledirge is a Physically Defensive Defender who passively increases his Special Attack damage by repeatedly using Torch Song. It is my main strategy to use against Pokemon weak to fire type moves in Tera Raid battles.

Their very weak endurance stat doesn't even allow me the space to customize Skeledirge to be a defender with held items and boost emblems. I also really miss when Pokemon had multiple moves to select from because it further enhanced the customizability Pokemon have similar to the base games.

Am I alone here? What do you think?

Edit: I think I've grown convinced that he should be a bulky attacker or a ranged all-rounder. Has anyone had success with a tanky build?
