Struggling to lose weight

Hey!

I've been on T since January, and I've been dieting for 3 years. However I haven't lost weight practically for a year, I had a pause before taking T for personal reasons but since start T I've been tracking as best as I can. Yes there's been dips however my weight doesn't seem to move no matter what I do I seem to be stuck between 90 and 88kg.

I'm struggling to hit my protein without going over my deficit and I'm not sure what to do. Should I worry or just keep focusing on protein and gym (start the last two months going 5x a week and am seeing improvement there)

Am I overthinking it?

High T results, can't see results

I'm on 1 pump of gel a day at the moment. I did my blood test and applied my T after and at the time recommended.

My results were >52.0nmol meaning Gender GP want me to go down to one pump every other day.

However I've been on T since January and the only changes noticeable is my strength, more arm hair and exactly 4 black beard hairs.

Could there be a mistake? Am I maybe not taking the testosterone properly? Is it just more of a waiting game and I gotta be patient? Should I drop down to every other day as they say?

Friendzoned causing serious dysphoria

So I got friendzoned hard today. I've never been in this position before and so much is causing me stress. I'm worried I've messed the friendship up but separate to this it's caused my dysphoria to be 10x worse than I've had it before.

For the first time in a while I truly hate how I look I can't stop thinking if I was born a guy it would be different and that I'm never going to find someone because of this.

I'm not sure what to do but wasn't sure if others had gone through a similar thing and can give advice?
