I really want to get my bathroom remodelled but I don't know where to start hiring a tradesman.

I sort of know what I want but I'm not entirely sure. I have some catalogues from various bathroom suppliers but do I need to pick out what I want first and then hire a tradesman, or get some in to give me quotes and see which suppliers they use?

Are they likely to design it or just give suggestions and expect me to pick out everything I want?

I always hate when I'm asked what my budget is because I have no idea, and don't want someone to try and rip me off if I give too high a price.

I've had a design done at B&Q but it was a bit crap, and not exactly what I like but I'm assuming that could be used as a jumping off point.

I’ve randomly got £7.15 floating about in my account so I’d like some ideas of random stocks to invest it to see what happens so I want to do something similar to what happens when you get the free shares when you sign up.

I’m after something really cheap that can get me loads of shares to see what (if anything) happens with them.

Please don’t just say to plough it in all world ETFs, I already have those and they’re doing fine. This is just a random, off the wall investment.

A pupil today told me he wanted to change his surname which I'm fairly certain will change his license number. How would that work with his tests?

If he changes his name after he books his theory test, would they still let him take it? or if he changes it between passing his theory test and booking/taking his practical test, would that cause problems?

Is he best to change it first before he books anything or wait until he passes his tests?
