[PC][Late 90s / Early 2000s] 3D game where a pink alien collects floating masks to transform into different characters

Platform(s): PC (Physical "Big Box" CD-ROM release)

Genre: 3D Platformer / 3D Puzzle Adventure (Possibly an obscure European budget title)

Estimated year of release: Played it before 2005, but based on the graphics and the big box it's likely from between 1996 and 2003.

Graphics/art style: Early 3D graphics. The levels were large, open, and somewhat empty 3D spaces/rooms without a lot of detail.

Notable characters: The main character/creature on the cover was a pink alien that looked a bit like Earthworm Jim (fleshy, pink, maybe cartoony/goofy).

Notable gameplay mechanics: The core gameplay revolved entirely around finding floating masks in these large empty 3D spaces. When you collected a mask, you would transform into a playable character based on that mask. One specific mask I remember turned you into a police officer / secret agent.

Other details:

The Box: I bought it in a toy store in Belgium. It came in a large, bright green PC "Big Box".

Cover art: The front had the pink mask/alien on it. The back of the box had a grid/showcase of the various masks you could collect in the game.

Title: I strongly believe the game was simply called "Masks", but searching for this gives me zero results online. I suspect it might have been a cheap "asset flip" or budget game by a small European publisher that got lost to time.

Any help finding this obscure piece of my childhood would be amazing!
