Hi! I work in a small sized gym, doing facility management. I'm an easy going guy and get along with everyone just fine. I honestly love my job and consider my coworkers almost as family.

There's this one guy, Derrick, who always forgets stuff. Sometimes the mats are still all gross from a previous class and I had to rush in to apologize to the customer and clean them. I started leaving notes for Derrick so he wouldn't forget but he got really annoyed by it.

Yesterday I picked up a foul stench from the classroom. I get in and there was shit all over the mats. I see the crumpled shit stained instruction note lying next to the mat. My first suspect is Derrick but there's no cameras or anything. What should I do?
