This week we'll be at Magnums Bar (Queen and McMurchy) playing a bunch of different board games and sharing in laughs and crazy janky plays. If you haven't played board games in a while or are starting out, don't worry our group has a lot of great folks that will help teach you and introduce you to the hobby!

Grotto Tea Lounge is exactly the kind of warm, welcoming space that our communities need more of and which is why we love support them. We believe that third spaces are an the antidote to the isolation so many of us are quietly carrying. We built the Brampton Board of Games because we believe one of the most powerful antidotes to that isolation is the simple act of sitting across a table from a stranger, rolling some dice, and suddenly realizing you've found your people. We have some news about this week's Tuesday board game night, and while it's bittersweet, we're genuinely thrilled to share it.
**We're completely OUTTA SPACE lol** The venue we are going to has reached full capacity, so we won't be able to accommodate any additional guests this week or make the event public. We know this might be disappointing for some of you, and we truly wish we had unlimited space for everyone.
However, this milestone, though sad does show what Brampton is all about. We're people who, from all walks of life and status, believe in nurturing what matters, in watching something grow from the ground up. Planting a rose seed takes time and dedication throughout all season, but it's that dedication that transforms a small seed into something truly beautiful. That's what you're doing here together by coming out. One gathering at a time, one week at a time, we're all tending to something that matters: Community, friendships and third spaces.
So once again, we here at BBoG are super grateful for everyone that has reached out from the sub and will keep building up!

This is the perfect community for lovers of reading and now is a fantastic time to get involved! At our meeting, we'll be wrapping up our discussion of Perilous Times by Thomas D. Lee (an epic Arthurian fantasy) and then we'll be choosing our next read together.
This means means if you're just joining us for the first time, you'll get to have a say right from the start and be ready to read for our next meeting!
