Abnormal sperm QT
My husband and I are both 32, we’ve been battling infertility for 3 years now and have been through tons of testing (HSG, labs, MRI, surgery to remove stage 1-2 endo, pcos/pmos diagnosis, SA, you name it). I had to change fertility clinics recently due to insurance coverage and the new doctor had us do a sperm QT test and I just got the call this morning that it came back abnormal and our IUIs (currently 6 days post IUI #2 after surgery, IUI #5 overall) only have a 5% success rate! IVF is likely the only way we’ll be able to conceive and I’m just feeling so discouraged. If my first clinic had done this test years ago we would’ve just gone straight to IVF then and it would’ve saved us much time, money, and heartache 💔 Has anyone had IUI success with an abnormal sperm QT? I’m supposed to start testing this week and it’s just feeling useless now 😞
