Steam could have an option to search by language.
For example, I'm looking for games dubbed in Portuguese, but I can't filter them. I searched and found a post from two years ago that says exactly what I want to say, so I'll just copy and paste it here, giving credit (Any typos, blame Google Translate)

This problem will probably bug only people with different native language than English.
I know that there's a part of the Steam store game page where it shows the available languages, and if they are available in interface, full audio or subtitles.
The problem is that there's no way to search on Steam store just for a game full audio language.
I would love to be able to filter just the games that have full audio in specific languages. Right now there's a "Narrow by language" option, but that filters all the games that have any localization in that language, whether it is Interface, Full audio or Subtitles.
In the Steam game library, you can't even filter the games by language at all. There's no setting for that in the filters.
Anyway that's just my two cents. When Steam already has the info about the language of the games and to which degree the language is in the game, maybe it should let us filter the games by those data. Both on Steam Store and in the game library.
Maybe the checkmarks on the Steam store page could be clickable, so it would lead to a steam store search with the language you clicked, with the language type you clicked? Like when I click the checkmark on the Czech - Full Audio, it would filter games in Steam store page that have full audio in Czech language. (It works like that for other elements on the site like "single-player, co-op, steam achievements etc)
