My boss at my part time job said I don’t show commitment

I ( 18F ) got this waitress job like a month ago. I’m pretty flexible but unable to work on Thursdays and Saturdays, and if necessary I can do Sundays after 12pm. I’ve only missed my shift with early notice TWICE for very valid reasons ( school stuff ) and one time left my shift 1 hour in because I took medicine and felt like I was gonna pass out and really didn’t have the strength to work on a busy Friday. That being said I went to the hospital, got it checked out and had a stomach infection and was advised by my doctor to take 2 days off of work. I told my boss I couldn’t work the next day and told him i’d send him a photo of my doctors letter by 10 pm. He then cancelled all of my shifts for the week ( I had 4 ), and even said, “Please take rest. I’ll cancel your shifts for this week.” And by the time I got to the text message he already scheduled someone else instead on my supposed shifts. Then yesterday there was some sort of paid training ( I don’t even know for what ) at a different branch which is 1.5 hours away from me ( he’s aware of this, I told him on day one that I would not work at any other branch ) he didn’t put it in the schedule roster so I didn’t think it was important. He knows I know my way around the job too. Even after my sick leave was over he didn’t give me any shifts so I asked him why, he said because it’s not necessary. Like it pissed me off because he scheduled me for Saturday after I asked him that question knowing full well I do NOT do Saturdays. Then I sent him my June availability today and he said I don’t show commitment so he’ll give me less shifts. I just don’t think it’s that big of a commitment thing if it’s just a part time job, he very easily finds replacements whenever someone calls in sick..I asked him to explain, and I’m not sure wether I should stand my ground or just leave it..

My friend, (F17) has these red dots under her eyes

What are they? She has a healthy sleeping schedule ( sleeps at 1 am latest ) rarely drinks and doesn’t smoke at all. She says it doesn’t hurt.
