Contact Google Play and Apple Store - X's Lack of Support is a Violation (Proof)

Google Play and Apple Store Rules clearly states that a developer should have a functional support email for users to contact regarding issues, in this case account suspensions and user data requests. X has no functional support email that users can contact to talk to human support or to contact the developer. X's support email on Google Play and Apple Store does not work and redirects back to the appeal form that doesn't work (the emails verifying no violation was found and that the account is restored to full functionality when it's not restored at all let alone fully then changing this email to a violation was found but doesn't give specifics, then mentions on-screen instructions which are also not there) if you contacted X through the support email on Google Play or Apple Store and did not received a response or is automated and sends the link to X's appeal from on the website that doesn't work, Google Play and Apple Store will probably ask for screenshots as proof of X's lack of support and will investigate if they verify X is violating rules they will take action with the app. This might force the developers to fix this mess.
