I got a notice and the doctor is not contacting me to schedule appointment, I called, emailed texted nothing this doctor is in Modesto (I'm in the Bay Area) anyone have experience not being able to get an appointment. I went to the EDD office in Oakland they approved we my last payment but they just said be patient and my claim will be disqualified if I don't schedule however so fat that has not happened. Anyone have a similar situation?
