In need if a Lawyer for an HOA dispute

The title pretty much sums things up. My wife and I have been working with a law office for some time now and have sunk a substantial amount of money into services leading up to a hopeful mediation with the real estate divisions. We were informed today that our lawyer is leaving the office and the firm will no longer be able to represent us. I am at a complete loss of where to go or what to do now. I am in need some recommendations of people or firms to talk to.

Reed soaking cup

I was in need of a means to soak both my English Horn and Oboe reeds during a musical. Something that wasn't too cumbersome and that i would be able to grab a specific reed quickly in the dark. So I designed and printed one. Keeps the reeds separate for easy grabbing on the fly and has a magnetic base to keep it from getting knocked off my stand in the pit.

But finally, programed psychosis is done. What an awefull achievement! Its 90% luck, and i dont mean luck that you get good enemy spawns. I mean luck that you dont get janky AI that decide to kick a door in for no reason, or is able to see a single pixle of your big toe through 4 semi open doors and one shot you with pinpoint accuracy while sprinting and looking the opposite direction. At least Now I can go back to enjoying the game on normal difficulty.
