Just wondering how many of you were lucky to get pregnant with IUI over 40?

I’m 42 this is my first IUI, all labs look great except for AMH a which is very low .39
Did 7.5 mg of Letrozole days 3-5 and over produced eggs.
Two mature on right ovary and 1 mature and 1 15-16 on left ovary.
They refused to move forward with IUI however did offer me the trigger shot and timed intercourse.
Multiples don’t scare me at all.
My question is has anyone been in a similar situation and was successful?
Any suggestions on things to do? They have us baby dancing tonight and tomorrow and then starting progesterone inserts the next day.

My first IUI- I’m suppose to go in for my follicle scan tomorrow and then IUI on Friday. Just got done with 7.5 mg of LET.
Is it normal for my LH strip to be this light still?
