Anyone have a shiba on Cytopoint or Apoquel for allergies after trying everything else? Both were options presented by my vet to help control his allergy issue as a possible next step solution. My shiba has finished his antibiotics and has to finish up the last of his steroids and antifungals before we go back (due to a fungal/bacterial secondary infection from excessive licking and biting due to the allergies) and I wanted to know about any experiences anyone has with these meds. How well they work, any side effects and most importantly how any shibas on these meds are doing. I just want to make sure my little guy is living his best life and will do anything to accomplish that. ✨️💛✨️
