Hey everyone, started peps around 265lbs and focused only on the scale going down. Got to 205 then decided I would try gaining muscle and focus on recomp. Still a work in progress currently fluctuating 215-220. Diet is still clean with cheats here and there. Biggest downfall is sleep schedule I work overnights and always on the go.
