As a courier who did this on the side last year and managed to make around £8000, I am gutted to see that fees have dropped from on average £5 to £3, this is no longer worth it. I'm horrified that the cost of living and inflation have continued to increase yet deliveroo have dropped the fees to abysmal levels. Do you think it will ever improve?

I received an email around 24th May asking me to opt in to an £40 incentive to deliver 10 orders between 24th-31st May. I also received a notification on the app. I received my pay last Tuesday for the orders but did not receive the additional £40 as promised by the incentive despite completing the challenge. Is this standard or should I have already received this?

I created a fee form and support ticket last Tuesday, 2nd June but I still haven't heard back as of yet.
