Whistle noise from turbo after charge pipe?

Just fixed my charge pipe setup and threw on the D3 Performance Stage 2 tune but I’m wondering if anyone with the same setup heard this same whistling noise after adding both. I didn’t have any kind of whistle other than the faint turbo spool with just the turbo muffler delete, CAI and stage 1.

In the video, it’s faint but it’s like there’s 2 noises, the turbo spool but then in the high end of it, an additional whistle

boost leak after installing charge pipe?

I just installed an HPS charge pipe to my 2016 IS 200t so I can go stage 2 with D3 Performance but after installing my turbo stopped spooling, it would go only as high as 4 psi, like a limp mode, then a code came on for P25B3. I disassembled and reassembled 3-4 times until the turbo finally began to spool but now under high boost I get this loud whine that wasn’t there before. All couplers are secure and clamps tight so I don’t know if this is normal or maybe an effect from stage 2? If anyone has had a similar problem or may know the cause I’d really appreciate the help.
