Dear FanDuel Sports Network users:
We are contacting you regarding your FanDuel Sports Network subscription. As you may have heard, FanDuel Sports Network is ceasing operations. This means that all active FanDuel Sports Network subscriptions will end.
To give you an opportunity to continue watching NBA and NHL games, we intend to transfer to the NBA and NHL on behalf of their respective Teams and Clubs, your subscription account information which may include your name, email address, subscription data (such as date of subscription sign up and type of subscription), information from surveys you have completed, your marketing preferences, and viewership information. This will allow the leagues and their respective teams and clubs, to contact you by email with, for example, updates about how to watch games during the 2026-2027 season. Following transfer, the leagues, teams, and clubs’ use of your information will be governed by their respective privacy policies.
Additionally, we wanted to make you aware of certain changes in our FanDuel Sports Network online privacy policy. The updated policy can be found here. The changes to the privacy policy were made to ensure the policy accurately reflects our practices related to the collection, use, and disclosure—including in certain contexts the “sale” or “sharing” including to professional sports leagues and teams—of your information, and can be found in the following sections:

If you prefer not to have your information transferred, including to the leagues as described above, you may opt out of such transfer by submitting this form by August 31, 2026 or by sending an email to privacysupport@fanduelsportsnetwork.com by August 31, 2026 opting out.
