Prefacing this by saying my goal has been to find my package, not a refund. The items are not replaceable and are important to me. My package was supposed to deliver March 12. Was 20 mins away from me, then (potentially accidentally or maybe on purpose) brought to another state (Florida) where it then arrived at the Orlando hub on March 14 and no updates after that.
I’ve investigated this with corporate level, executive level, and even got the Orlando police and detectives involved. Nobody can find my box & no theft is seen on the cameras, yet my box never came & it’s not in Overgoods/lost and found.
I don’t understand how someone could steal my mail if “there’s cameras everywhere at the hub” and the detective doesn’t see any theft on the cameras. The amount of stress and time spent on this case has been horrible. Looking for any feedback from any hub employees on a situation like this. Wondering if there’s any areas in a hub I should be asking them to look for my box? Theyve told me over and over the hub has been completely scoured & nobody can find my box…
