Foundry v14 keeps showing PDFs as lisence text
[D&D5e] I'm trying to read PDFs into Foundry VTT v14 but always get some html-looking code with license details instead of the PDF. I am using the PDF Pager module, but am getting this problem even with it deactivated. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? The image is an example but it's the same for every PDF. The text also say "!DOCTYPE html" at the top, even though the files are saved as a .pdf and open fine with Adobe.
