Cant wait to play some Foundry Space Hulk
Buddy has been working on this, its looking freaking sweeeeet so far. Using a variant of the motion sensor mod!!
I am guessing it cant be release due to GW typical tactics?

I run a Homebrew DnD 5.5e game for my group, and the world and lore has grown... complex. We play about once a month, so the lore isn't always fresh on their mind, and I'd like to give them a way to look stuff up and refresh their memories. I'm sure this is perfectly doable with Journal Entries, but before I attempt it I thought I'd reach out to ask if anyone has done something like this before and has advice. Is there an intuitive way to use Journal Entries? Maybe a module is made for this kind of thing? I already use Obsidian for my campaign notes, so I'm familiar with markdown. Thanks in advance
Starting with v14, when placing lights in a scene, the UI element for them is just a tiny dot. It used to be a light bulb icon that was easily visible, but they changed it to the dot for some reason.
Any way to change it back? It makes finding light sources in some scenes incredibly difficult.
Content Name: Wayfinder Wall Control
Content Type: Module
System: System Agnostic
Gonna mark this post as commercial due to links, but the module itself is free.
Here’s what you can do with this module:
Place walls of all kinds of shapes, edit those shapes, change the type of wall placed with a single click and browse the wall types using mouse wheel. You can also split them, merge them, fill those tiny gaps you missed and even batch edit door sounds and animations. There’s also an optional radial menu which can be accessed by holding W and a carousel that allows you to quickly swap back and forth between wall types. Carousel is available when you retype walls
Requirements: Wayfinder Core, a free module that you can download here
Compatibility: Foundry v13+
If this module is useful to you, then consider checking out our other modules, available on our website. If you want to support our work, you can do so on Patreon
Thank you for reading and take care.
Are there any good modules for fine tuning vision beyond what the base package allows? Here is my gripe, as-is you can see a set distance from your character in a fixed field of view, but in actuality you should be able to see well and distant in a narrow field of view, somewhat less distant in a wider field of view (peripheral), and while you shouldn't be able to see directly behind you you should at least be aware of somebody who's there. Is there a way to do something like that?
I am currently playing on Foundry and wondered if there was anyway to get a digital download or a way to get my physical copies on without having to pay twice?
Made possible due to Nozgob's Premium Patreon Modules, as well as my own World Scripts and simple frame animations!
Portrait reacts to my discord audio :)

as the title indicates I'm trying to set up a map and for some reason foundry is adding a wall where there is no wall. It did this on another scene but was only causing a lighting issue this one is block off the entire section of the room
Attached are wall view light source and token view pics
Hello everyone!
I have a quick question for y'all. I am trying to set up a server for foundry so i can host my dnd game but can't do port forwarding due to living at dorm. Is there a way to host it via some 3rd party app like Hamachi? I know there is the option to pay 5$ a month but i am looking for alternatives
Thought I would share my finished passion project, a dedicated D&D game room. Thanks for all the inspiration that I've gathered in this and other groups. Construction photos and videos: https://kfrazack.smugmug.com/Personal/DnD-Room/n-W4MPzn

Just crowd sourcing some ideas.
His download speed only for Foundry, only on his main PC is being limited to 5.3 Mbps. If he goes on another website, or another device his speed is normal, peaking to 80 Mbps. On his laptop Foundry's dl speed will peak at 68 Mbps.
We've tested with just him on the server. Persists.
Same exact thing with Chrome and Edge, haven't tried on non chromium browser, but I don't think thats the issue.
He is also a DM, but obviously it's different because then he's hosting. It's just the one of the unique factors about him from the other players. But still, I wonder if there's some setting he changed he forgot about when he was host.
He is the only one from the UK, but another player in Germany isn't having the same issue. And the issue persists when using a VPN.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any diagnosing tips or ideas on what it could be causing this?
Update: He also has a player that loads in slowly. SAME ISSUE. Download speed limited to 5.8 Mbps. This is an issue that's common and being written off as, get better internet.
Do I need to use tiles and such to properly use the Scene Levels feature? I was hoping to use the Surface Regions to make it so people on the higher levels can look down through the holes in the floor. Is that possible just using two battlemaps?
Just started a campaing with my friends, and is our first time playing pf2, the 3 sessions so far were awesome, and we do have a few modules already, but i was wondering what you guys could recommend to make it even better, we are broke as shit, so please free modules only!
.Hey, a buddy and I are trying to set up a campaign and we've settled on the foundry. While we're playing a ttrpg, it's mostly homebrew and entirely D10 based. I'm aware that with things like that I won't be able to use everything standard, I'm just looking for a few useful things to help me get started. I'm mildly familiar with 3D modeling and super amateur coding, if we need to make workarounds.
I want to be extremely clear that anything utilizing generative AI is completely off the table. No buts
Can anyone help with a macro that will prompt me to add a number to the rolltable's dice roll?
Currently it brings up the menu to input it, but nothing is rolled.
const table = await foundry.utils.fromUuid("UUID Here");
const reponse =
await foundry.applications.api.Dialog.input({
window: { title: "Roll Table"},
content: '<input type="number" name="mod" value="0" autofocus>',
ok: {
label: "Roll",
icon: "fa-solid fa-dice-d20",
}});
if(!response) return;
table.draw({ roll: foundry.dice.Roll.create(`${table.formula} + ${response.mod}`) })
Content Name: Arcane Forge (animated and static battlemap)
Content Type: [Map/Module]
System: [System Agnostic]
Description:
Arcane Forge is a circular arena suspended over an abyss, built around a central arcane mechanism and four rune-marked platforms.
It’s designed for campaign finales, reality-bending boss fights, and rituals where scattered pieces of an artifact must be reunited-or stopped from ever becoming whole. The inactive and active variants can serve as two phases of the encounter, with the entire forge awakening as the battle escalates.

I've been looking for some maps to use for a JJK-inspired campaign using Foundry VTT. The problem is, I haven't found any modern maps that I like. I see tons of beautiful medieval, cyberpunk, and sci-fi maps, but nothing modern or neon-punk, which is what I would prefer to use.
Anybody interested? If so, feel free to shoot me a DM with a quote and your portfolio.
Hi Squad.
I am beginning to run a game of Wilderfeast on foundry and I’d really like to have some sort of token/card to be able to put down on the Canvas for players to read/move around as they organise what ingredients they are going to be using to cook their meals, as well as have a fun visual to see how many ingredients they have in their stores.
I have tried to use a couple of card mods but I don’t seem to be able to make it easy for the players to look at the information each card contains (text) or move the cards. Likewise, I tried to see if I could use the items tab to make items that could be dragged down to the page, but the game module only has ability to make Body Parts, Techniques and Traits as items. On top of that dragging items from the sidebar to the canvas drops the item on the tile layer…
Do any of you lot have a clever idea of how to be able to make it so my players can futz around with their cards?
Due to various reasons, I am using the most recent V13 build of Foundry.
