In the last weeks my 14 months old polar vantage 3 crashed twice.

Once just at a random time of day (I did a factory reset after that) and once today, when I tried syncing my hour long workout to the app. It crashed three times and the did a factory reset all by itself. Workout gone.

Now I fear it will happen again. I want to go one a hike tomorrow...

Does anyone know what could be the problem?
