Types of meat and purine levels

Quick question for everyone. I’ve been under the assumption that avoidance of red meat (amongst other things) is important to prevent flares and I have some anecdotal evidence that my flares are associated with beef. I’ve been sticking to chicken breast as my main source of protein since diagnosis with some good effect. However, I was checking today and it surprised me to find that chicken breast has more purines/100g than lean beef does. And that turkey which I thought was a white meat that was associated with flares has maybe even less purines than chicken.

Is this correct? Should I be avoiding chicken too? I know all meats and fish have a certain level of purines, I just didn’t realize that chicken was potentially higher than beef!

Thanks

Lund Crossover battery change

I have a 2021 used Lund crossover 1775 that I bought a few years ago. I think I need to change the deep cycle batteries because I’m only getting a few hours from the trolling motors. The boat has a real pro 3 bank charger. I have a 24v trolling motor and a basic fish finder.

Im thinking of switching to lithium as the prices seems to have dropped quite a bit. I have a few questions about the process.

I have found my batteries. There are two at the bow, one on each side. These are standard marine lead acid batteries and I see them attached to the charger. The one on the starboard side is attached to what I think is a thermal breaker and the one on the port side just attached to some wires that go deep into the boat. I have a cranking battery on the aft starboard side.

My dual pro is a three bank and Im having a hard time finding the third deep cycle battery. Where else should I be looking? I’ve looked in all compartments. The charger has indicator lights that indicate charging or ready and when I charge the boat, all three come on. I assume this means I have three deep cycle batteries. Maybe Im wrong?

If I end up only having two, can I just switch the batteries and keep all the attachments the same? I think the dual pro charger can charge lithium.

I don’t have a Lund dealer nearby and the stores nearby have not been much help unfortunately.

Thanks
